The Northbridge Board of Health has received information regarding an individual that tested positive for COVID-19 that was present at the Valley Pub, located at 40 Plummer Avenue, Whitinsville, MA, on October 31, 2020.
If you were at the Valley Pub on October 31, 2020 the Northbridge Board of Health is requesting that you self-quarantine for a period of 14 days, regardless of whether you were wearing a mask during this time-frame. Please be aware of the symptoms of COVID-19 which include:
- Fever, Chills, repeated shaking
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Cough
- Shortness of breath; difficulty breathing
- New loss of taste or smell
Symptoms can range from mild to severe and appear 2-14 days after exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
If you have any of the following symptoms, please call 911 – NOTIFY THE 911 OPERATOR THAT YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID-19 and if possible, please put on a face covering before medical help arrives:
- Trouble breathing
- Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
- New confusion
- Inability to wake or stay awake
- Bluish lips or face
