This past Saturday, at his retirement party, members of the Northbridge Fire Dept. presented Father Larry Esposito with an award for his service. Father Larry served as the Northbridge Fire Chaplain from December 1, 2011 – November 16, 2019. We wish Father Larry all the best.
October 2019 NFD Call Statistics Here are the October 2019 call stats. We also completed 74 inspections not included in the above numbers. Note: A fire call may not be an actual fire. These would include smoke detector investigations and accidents or any other call where an engine is dispatched.
Congratulations to Firefighter Scott Gobar for graduating yesterday evening from the Massachusetts Fire Academy Call/Vol Recruit Class #78. Firefighter Gobar was given the Martin McNamara award for 1st in his class. We are extremely proud of Firefighter Gobar on this great accomplishment.
